This Law enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Law amends Law No. 7.958 defining the Plan of Development of Mato Grosso and creates related funds. Amendments deal with the following issues: fiscal incentive for the taxpayer that integrates with any of the modules listed in art. 1; complementary obligations and the anticipated counterparts must observe the specific characteristics of each module; the Mato Grosso Industrial and Commercial Development Programme (PRODEIC) module will have as strategic objective to promote economic and social development, considering the relevance and importance of productive chains for the State of Mato Grosso, industrial process and social outreach; The Mato Grosso Rural Development Programme (PRODER) module aims to provide conditions for the development and competitiveness of Mato Grosso's agribusiness, integrating aspects of productive, technological, organizational, environmental and market support, in order to promote related agricultural and livestock activities for the state and income generation.
