Abstract This Law, composed of 6 articles, institutes the National Programme of Food Access (PNAA). The aim of the Programme is to define actions against hunger and promoting food security and nutrition security. The Law empowers the Government to define the concession criteria, the value and time duration of the benefit for each family unity and the Program social control procedures.
