The professional fisherfolk shall be allowed a tolerance of up to 2 cm. for the measurement of the total length and up to 5% of the fish species caught and transported. Such fisherfolks should be tolerated up to 2% of the weight of fish above the permitted catch and transport quotas. Specified fish species below the minimum size of catch, as well as those exceeding the weight, will be seized and donated to the municipality where the fish was seized, to social, charitable, educational and philanthropic entities and institutions and prohibiting its commercialization. The distribution of seized fish should meet criteria that observe the need of entities and institutions.
