Abstract This Law amending Law No. 9.415 on the State trade control over seeds and planting material. Amended article 35 deals with legal proceedings, in particular, it specifies that confoscated seeds or plant seedling material should be destroyed, discarded, or donated for planting. If those planting material has adequate quality and conditions of use can be donated to rural family farmers in the land reform process, or released for being sold as grain, if seeds have not been coated with pesticides for seed treatment or any other harmful substance to human and animal health.
