Abstract This Law regulates relations between consumers and producers (manufacturers, suppliers of services), establishes the rights of consumers and the mechanism of protection thereof. Consumers shall have the following rights: (a) protection of consumer rights by the state; (b) adequate and proper quality of produce and services; (c) safety of produce; (d) timely access to complete and reliable information on produce and quality thereof; (e) reimbursement and compensation of material and moral damages caused by inadequate quality of produce and services; (f) legal protection in court; and (g) setting up consumers’ associations.
