Abstract The present Law establishes economic, social and legal basis for the organization of activity of peasant farms. The Law declares and guarantees the rights of citizens to set up peasant farms and is aimed at the creation of equal conditions of their development on a level with other forma of economic activity. The Law consists of 6 Sections that contain 43 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1-3) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 4-16) regards setting up peasant farm. Section 3 (arts. 17-22) regards land rights and duties of citizens conducting peasant farm. Section 4 (arts. 23-28) regards property of peasant farm.
