Abstract This Law, consisting of 1 Chapter, provides for surveillance activity to eradicate bovine tuberculosis in the State of Mato Grosso. It creates the Surveillance Plan for the Eradication of Bovine Tuberculosis in the State of Mato Grosso and establishes that the land property that has one or more cattle and/or buffaloes diagnosed positive for bovine tuberculosis, in any situation, will be considered the focus of the animal disease. All property considered focus of bovine tuberculosis must necessarily be cleared, which consists of an action of search and elimination of infected cattle and/or buffalo within the territory of Mato Grosso.
