Abstract This Law consists of 4 Chapters divided into 18 articles. Chapter 1 gives definitions and terms. Chapter 2 deals with fighting animal pests and diseases, vaccination of animals, isolation of affected animals, and recompense individuals for information regarding affected animals. Chapter 3 contains provisions on animal quarantine, access points, prohibition to import biological preparations, medicines and seminal unless a previous authorization is obtained.
