Abstract This Law approves the Great Options of the Plan for the Economic Year 2021. These Great Options are part of the ongoing economic recovery process, structured in measures and actions oriented towards the implementation and the achievement of the strategic objectives defined for the period 2018-2022. The Great Options of the Plan for the year 2021 are those assumed by the Government, as fundamental pillars of the governmental action, namely: a) Deepening the democratic rule of law; b) Robust economic growth and accelerated job creation; c) Improving the quality of health and social protection; d) Foreign policy at the service of development. The priority areas for intervention are mainly based on activities related to post-Covid 19 recovery, with highlights for transport infrastructures; capturing and distributing water to populations; improving the production, transport and distribution of electricity to the population; improving the quality of the education system at all levels; reform in the justice sector and the improvement of health care.
