Abstract

The present Law implements the Council Directive 96/82/EC on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances of 9 December 1996. The purpose of the present Law is to regulate competences of authorities in view of the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Council Directive. The text consists of 4 articles.
