Abstract

This Ordinance, based on the Act on Promotion of Export Fisheries (Act No. 154 of 1947) and the Enforcement Order on the Promotion of Fish Products Exports (Ordinance No. 303 of 1948) aims to implement the legislation and the enforcement regulations on the promotion of fish products. The types of exported marine products specified by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in Article 3 of the Act shall be as listed in the following items: canned tuna (and chills including packed); frozen tuna (including frozen bonito and mejizuki); canned sardines, seared and mackerel; fish liver oil; crabs; natural and industrial agar; packed Sakekan; whale oil; domestic pearls, spherical overseas pearls, hemispherical overseas pearls; canned shrimps; canned persimmon; frozen mottle, scallop, mustard and oil flies, etc.
