Abstract This Law sets rules aimed at facilitate the transfer of the economy as a unique set of assets to the next generation, which was created during agricultural and forestry activities with the participation of family members, the joint use of their resources and the result of their work for their common prosperity, in such a way that by preserving the diversity of agriculture and strengthening its adaptability, it increases the efficiency of the economy and ensure its functionality and support the balanced income conditions of the farmers who start, operate and develop the farms. The scope of this Law covers the transfer of the holdings of primary agricultural producers and individual entrepreneurs engaged in agricultural, forestry and ancillary activities. Article 3 sets general rules of the farm transfer contract. Content of the farm transfer contract is defined in article 4. Approval of the farm transfer contract is regulated in article 8.
