Abstract: This Law officially confirms the adoption of the Memorandum of understanding and on institutional framework of the disaster preparedness and prevention initiative in South-East Europe (signed by the following countries/nations: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Croatia, the Republic of Macedonia, the Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, the Republic of Serbia, the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Turkey).
