The present Law enters into force on 1September 2005.
Abstract

Article 1 establishes that the collection of fungi should be done in full respect of their living space and the natural environment in general. In particular, it is forbidden to destroy the mushrooms that are not collected, or make use of rakes, shovels or any other tool that can cause damage to the environment or fungi. The text consists of 7 articles.
