Law Approving Government Ordinance NO. 60/2000 concerning regulation of the natural gas sector.

The scope of the Governmental Ordinance shall be to ensure safety and continuity of natural gas supply, energetic efficiency, environmental protection and consumers’ safety. The policy in the natural gas sector shall be based upon: (a) safety of natural gas supply; (b) ensuring environmental protection; (c) increase of natural gas use; (d) development of natural gas storage capacities.
