Abstract The present Act introduces substantial amendments to the Tyrolean Nature Protection Act 1997 (LGBl. No. 33). In particular, article 1 concerning general principles is reworded; as well as the following articles: article 14 dealing with special provisions for the project “Natura 2000”; article 18 on Fees for nature protection; article 22 on Protected plants and mushrooms; article 23 on Protected animals; article 32 on Compensation; an article 23 on Protected birds is also added.
