No. 79/1991). In particular, article 1 establishes that the new title of the afore-mentioned Law shall be as follows: “Law on the use of plant protection products” (Salzburg Plant Protection Products Law). Furthermore, article 1 on purpose and sphere of application and article 2 relating to definition of terms are amended. Article 9a on special control organs, article 9b on use and transfer of data; article 10a on reference to federal legislation and article 10b on implementation of European directives are added.
