Entry into force notes

This Law shall enter into force on the eight day after the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provision of article 36 of this Law which adds article 823.b, and which shall enter into force on 1 June 2009, and except for provisions of articles 27 and 28 of this Law which shall enter into force on the date of accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.

Abstract

This Law amends various provisions of articles 5, 46, 51, 52, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 70, 75, 99, 109, 125, 126, 129, 146,v 165, 166, 167, 171, 172, 175, 176, 187, 188, 208, 307, 378, 391, 386, 809, 813, 823, 988, 1001, 1002, 1007, 1011, 1012, 1016, 1017 and 1021 of the Maritime Code (Official 181/04 and 76/07).
