Abstract This Law adds and amends certain provisions to the Law on transboundary traffic and trade in wild species (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 94/2013 and already amended in the Gazette 14/2019). Changes are regarding different issues, from general terms and provisions, proceedings of veterinary, border veterinary and phytosanitary inspections, additional sanitary procedures (such as seizure), offences and penalties. This amending Law further ensures the implementation of several EU legislative documents (as specified in article 1 of the text).
