Entry into force notes

This Law enters into force on the day of its publication in the Ofiicial Gazette, with the exception of provisions of article 36 (paragraph 5), which shall enter into force on 1 January 2021.

Abstract

This Law amends and adds several provisions part of the Law on plant protection (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 61/2014, and already amended in Gazettes 12/2015, 44/2016, 58/2017, 17/2018, 17/2019 and 51/2020).
