Abstract This Law amends and supplements various provisions part of the Law on air protection (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 127/2019). Changes are regarding different parts of the text, starting from general terms and definitions, rules for assessment of air quality, limit values of air pollutant emissions from stationary and/or mobile sources, air protection action plans, local-self government related provisions, inspection and monitoring provisions, and offences and penalty provisions.
