This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 20 May 2022).

Abstract

This Law amends and supplements various provisions part of the Law on air protection (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 127/2019). Changes are regarding different parts of the text, starting from general terms and definitions, rules for assessment of air quality, limit values of air pollutant emissions from stationary and/or mobile sources, air protection action plans, local-self government related provisions, inspection and monitoring provisions, and offences and penalty provisions.
