Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The provisions of this Law are aimed at defining the effective hygienic and sanitary rules and procedures for the necessary supervisions over the safe and controlled production, processing and trade with food substances and beverages. Food substances are here considered as subject important to the protection of the public health.
