Abstract

This Law establishes that the following are subject to general state protection because of their significant public interest: immovable things that have conspicuous characteristics of natural beauty or geological singularity; villas, gardens and parks which, not covered by the laws for the protection of things of artistic or historical interest, stand out for their uncommon beauty; complexes of immovable things that make up a characteristic aspect having aesthetic and traditional value; panoramic beauties considered as natural paintings and also those viewpoints or viewpoints, accessible to the public, from which one can enjoy the spectacle of those beauties.
