The present Regulations enter into force on 30 January 2002.
Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Pest Control Act. Section 3 establishes that late blight is declared to be a pest for the purposes of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 6 sections as follows: Title (1); Interpretation (2); Pest declared (3); Deadline for disposal of cull potatoes (4); Inspection of land (5); Coming into force (6).
