It defines the jurisdiction of the Tribunal and provides for the composition of the Tribunal and its procedures. There shall be a Registrar of the Tribunal who shall be responsible for defined matters of administration and procedure. The Act also grants to the Chief Justice power to make Rules and to the Minister to make Regulations.
