Abstract

Under subsection 14(2) of the Mines and Minerals Act, the Minister hereby re-opens for prospecting and for staking out and for lease: a) all mineral rights, the property of the Crown within the area of the lands described in Schedule A; b) all sand and gravel rights, the property of the Crown, within the area of the lands described in Schedule B; c) all mineral rights, that have been reserved to theCrown, to recover sand, gravel, peat, clay, any building stone within the area of the lands described in Schedule C. The text consists of 2 sections and 5 Schedules.
