Regulation 4 provides for the classification of existing land uses. Intensity of construction may be indicated in Proposal Maps of Draft Local Plans and where intensity is not indicated in such plans, the provisions of Schedule I apply (reg. 6). The Planning Authority shall review and decide on all applications for a Development Permit in accordance with Schedule II (reg. 7). Full text English
