Abstract

Land uses shall, for purposes of Draft Development Plans and development control, be classified and divided into land uses, classes, and land use zones as specified in Schedule I (reg. 3). Regulation 4 provides for the classification of existing land uses. Intensity of construction may be indicated in Proposal Maps of Draft Local Plans and where intensity is not indicated in such plans, the provisions of Schedule I apply (reg. 6). The Planning Authority shall review and decide on all applications for a Development Permit in accordance with Schedule II (reg. 7).
