The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 November 2005.
Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Land Use Planning Law of 6 December 2004. Article 1 establishes that the competent authority is the Department for Economic and Social Affairs. The text consists of 62 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Cantonal planning (II); Regional planning (III); Local planning (IV); Cantonal building provisions (V); Formal construction law (VI); Final provisions (VII).
