The present Law enters into force on 1 January 1990.
Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning and construction in the Canton of Lucerne. Article 2 establishes that the competent authorities shall take into account principles of the federal legislation. The text consists of 227 articles divided into5 Parts as follows: General provisions (A); Planning regulations (B); Land division and boarder regulations (C); Acceptance, compensation and contributions (D); Provisions on construction (E).
