Abstract These Regulations, consisting of 22 sections divided into six Parts and completed by two Schedules, implement provisions of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993. The Regulations set out procedures for the advertisement of the exhibition of draft planning schemes and for the notification of their approval, and for the notice by a planning authority of permit applications. The Regulations are divided as follows: Notices and Advertisements (Part 2); Fees and Agencies (Part 3); Projects of Regional Significance (Part 4); Dispensations (Part 5) and Enforcement of Infringement offences and penalties (Part 6).
