Cultivation, grazing, destruction of vegetation on such land without an authorization of the authorized officer shall be an offence. The soil shall be adequately protection against erosion by conservation works. Other offences defined by these Rules include grazing of livestock or destruction of vegetation near a watercourse and use of channel, ditch or drainage way which has been constructed for the removal of run-off water, for other purposes.
