The present Regulations enter into force on 25 June 2001.
Abstract

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Land Titles Act. The Regulations apply to transactions and any other matters regulated by the Act and these regulations that have effect or that may have effect in an area of Saskatchewan that the Lieutenant Governor in Council has designated pursuant to section 191 of the Act as an area to which the Act applies. The text consists of 117 sections divided into 17 Parts as follows: Preliminary matters (I); Registration procedures (II); Transfers of titles (III); Parcel changes (IV); Interests (V); Searches (VI); Mineral commodities (VII); Owners (VIII); Abstract directory (IX); Crown grants (X); Writs and maintenance orders (XI); Assurance and compensation (XII); Powers of the Registrar (XIII); Service of documents (XIV); Statements of law (XV); Conversion (XVI); Repeal and coming into force (XVII). Three Appendixes are enclosed.
