Section 1 establishes that before a plan of a subdivision of land registered in the name of any person or persons other than Her Majesty is prepared for filing or registration in a land titles office, the registered owner shall submit to the Commissioner a sketch plan in triplicate showing the scheme of the subdivision, and the sketch plan shall show proposed dimensions of all lots, streets, and lanes. Furthermore, no plan of any subdivision shall be filed or registered in the Land Titles Office unless the Commissioner has approved and signed the plan. The text consists of 7 sections.
