It provides for the establishment of a land title system (sect. 4), regulates the appointment and functions of the Registrar General and other officers (sects. 5-7), provides for parcel identification and registration (sects. 10-17), covers transfers (sects. 21-22), crown grants (sect. 23), easements (sect. 24), mortgages (sects. 25-26), leases (sects. 27-28), and caveats (sects. 30-35).
