It establishes the Land Surveyors Board, regulates the conduct of land surveyors licensed and registered under this Act and requires survey plans and records to be deposited with Chief Surveyor. There shall be a Chief Surveyor appointed by the Governor who shall direct all public surveys. The Board shall license, register and supervise land surveyors.
