Abstract

Section 2 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the Association of Prince Edward Island Land Surveyors as constituted in the previous Act on the same subject is hereby continued as a body corporate under the same name. The Act regulates its internal organization and its functioning. Under section 6, there shall be a Board for the examination of land surveyors and the issue of certificates of qualification as Prince Edward Island land surveyor, the Board shall be the Board of Examiners of Prince Edward Island Land Surveyors. The text consists of 22 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Association (I); Board examiners (II); Practice of land surveying (III); Miscellaneous (evidence of certificate or licence – power of land surveyors – offences and penalties) (IV).
