Abstract An Alberta land surveyor, surveyor's corporation or surveyor's partnership may engage in the practice of surveying. "Alberta land surveyor" means an individual who holds a certificate of registration and an annual certificate to engage in the practice of surveying under this Act. The Alberta Land Surveyors' Association is continued as a corporation. The Association shall be governed by a Council. The Council may appoint a Registrar for the purposes of this Act. In addition, there is hereby established a board called the Practice Review Board. The Council may make regulations respecting admission of and practise by Alberta land surveyors.
