Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Sachsen-Anhalt Land Survey Cadastre Law of 22 May 1992. Article 2 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the mandatory content of the cadastre (property data) consists of, inter alia, the geometrical data, descriptive data, ownership information and Land Registry data. The text, consisting of 12 articles, deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: content of land survey register, designation of boundaries, marking, protocol of land boundaries, expropriation proceedings.
