The Board shall consist of a Chairman and not more than two other members. The Chairman and the other members of the Board shall be appointed by the Government, and the conditions of their service shall be determined by the Government. The functions of the Board shall be: (a) exercising the powers and responsibilities given by the Government related to land reform and land legislation; (b) exercising the powers and responsibilities given by, or under, any law. The Government may by notification in the official Gazette make rules for the purpose of this Act. Full text English
