They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

These Regulations are framed by the Land Ports Authority of India (Authority) in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 35 of the Land Ports Authority of India Act, 2010 (Act), to make provisions relating to the transaction of business of the Authority. The Regulations provide for the time and place of meetings of the Authority and gives the power to the Chairperson to call for meetings of the Authority at any time. They also lay down the procedure for giving notice for the meetings of the Authority and the required quorum. The Regulations provide for transaction of business by circulation of papers and minutes of the meetings of the Authority.
