The Ordinance, among other things, defines the content of Tree Protection Orders and the effect of such Orders and sets out procedures after the making of an Order and in respect of confirmation of an Order. A register of Tree Protection Orders shall be kept by the States of Guernsey Environment Department. The Ordinance also makes provision for appeal against Orders and other decisions.
