The Ordinance sets out various procedural requirements for the adoption of plans, including certification of consistency with Strategic Land Use Plan, and defines content requirements for proposals for the designation of a conservation area. Where proposals include policies relating to EIA development, the non-technical summary of the Environmental Statement prepared as part of that statement must be annexed to the proposals.
