Abstract

These Regulations prescribe the procedure to be followed for an inquiry to be conducted by an inspector into the provisions of a new or replacement Development Plan, Subject Plan, Local Planning Brief or for amendments thereto prepared by the Environment Department pursuant to the Land Planning and Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005 and the Land Planning and Development (Plans) Ordinance, 2007. They also make provision for the appointment and functions of the Inquiry Administration who shall assist the inspector with the administration of the inquiry and define powers of the inspector.
