Section 3 specifies terms on which conditions in title deeds in land regarding occupation shall be deemed to be satisfied. Such criteria regard construction of permanent building, cultivation or keeping of cattle or other livestock for a specified amount of time. Section 5 provides that an owner if he obtains a certificate form local authorities certifying that he has satisfied the criteria specified in section 3 is entitled to elimination of the occupation condition from the grant of the title deed. Other provisions deal with abandonment of land by a holder of a title (7), declaration of unprotected land to be derelict land (9), entries in Books of Registrar of Deeds (13), and other matters.
