An enforcement notice may be issued by the Authority in the case of illegal development. Section 22 concerns proceedings following an enforcement notice, whereas section 23 specifies penalties for failure to comply with such a notice. Also the newly introduced sections provide matters related to enforcement: Section 24 concerns the validity of enforcement notices after compliance with such notices. Section 25 concerns stop notices, whereas section 26 provides for entry upon land by authorized persons for the purpose of inspection.
