The cadastre is a general national register. The objective of the maintenance of the cadastre is to register information in the cadastre reflecting the boundaries and spatial extent of the immovable value of land, the natural status of land and the use of land, and to ensure the quality of such information and that it is preserved and made available to the public. Cadastral data shall be the basis for the creation and development of information systems containing spatial data.
