Abstract The Regulation specifies the details concerning the official valuation of real estate, in accordance with the Valuation Act, within the Principality of Liechtenstein. The valuation must take place by considering all uses, rights and encumbrances associated with the valuation object. The text provides for the market value and real value; execution/conduct of the official appraisal; valuation commission; geo-referenced appraisal cadastre; and fees and compensation. For valuation of the agricultural lands the net income, lease rate, agricultural earning value and market price of the agricultural land are taken into account.
