Abstract This Act provides for the registration of Land Agents and provides rules relative to functioning of such agents. The Act stipulates that no person shall appear in the Land Division of the High Court as an advocate for or representative of any other person, unless registered as a Land Agent under this Act and holder of a current Annual Practising Certificate issued under this Act. The Act also provides for trust accounts to be held by Land Agents and disciplinary powers of the Land Agents Registration Board established under this Act.
