The Governor must appoint an Adjudication Officer for the adjudication area, and the Adjudication Officer may appoint such Demarcation Officers, Recording Officers and Survey Officers as are necessary for performing the duties and exercising the powers imposed and conferred upon them by this Ordinance. The Ordinance sets out the procedures for adjudication of rights and interest in land. Any person, including the Administrator, who is aggrieved by any act or decision of the Adjudication Officer and may appeal to the court in the prescribed form. Full text English
