Abstract

The purposes of these Regulations, made under the Land Act 1958, are: to provide for the management of commons; to restrict the activities of the public on licensed water frontages; to prescribe forms for the purposes of the Act and to provide for the fees payable in respect of applications, registrations, discharges, transfers, assignments and the grant or issue of leases, licences, Crown grants, permits, rights and other instruments under the Act.
